My name is Patouf Jansma, born and raised in the Netherlands and for a few years I call Sintra my home. I have been dedicating my working life to deep and profound care. For years I have worked as a birth doula and supported families through their journey towards parenthood. These journeys have shown me the rawness and vulnerability of transformational moments. And how beautiful it is to be a witness of these inner and outer movements. My doula background has given me a deep and sincere way of being in service of the other person's process. This way shows in my relaxing massages, my aquatic sessions, the pregnancy retreats and waterbabies training I co-host. No matter if you are male or female, just born or in the winter of your life, deep care and presence is what we deserve, always.

Kfir has an unbreakable bond with the water since the age of 7 when he started to play water polo and continued professionally competing for Israel’s national team. After answering his duty’s call and serving in the navy, he found himself captivated by a different water magic. He started his journey studying hydrotherapy and baby swimming. This combination of water, mind-body awareness, and understanding “babies first perception of the world” became his passion and purpose in life.
Kfir and I work closely together on Waterbabies gatherings, group sessions and trainings for ‘waterbabies’ facilitators. Keep track of my website to see when the next events will be happening.
In the middle of a garden, this space with a warm water pool built in wood and cork with an octagonal geometric shape was created to create well-being. It is a kind of sacred cocoon where we are allowed to relax, where problems are left outside and we retreat, effortlessly, just to experience a moment of liberation and tranquility.
I am honored to work in the beautiful watertemple called Liquidzome. I look forward to welcome you there.

Meet Lolo and Marjorie, the waterdoulas. Their story began in 2017 marrying the aquatic bodywork with doula care. From this first moment, they developed many courses specialised in pregnancy. They also opened spaces dedicated to self-exploration and adapted their offering to a wider audience including newborns and people with special needs. Water doulas became « a way to be in the water ».
Their approach is integrative, they are doulas, coming from the therapeutic field and somatic practices on land and in the water. The waterdoulas have a holistic view on how water touches people and life stories.
As a fellow waterdoula I work together closely with these two beautiful creatures, my inspirations and sisters for life.
